The Returning Student Registration Form (formerly Demographic Updates Form) is available to families from September 9 to October 5. This form is accessed via the Parent Portal and is an opportunity each year to review and update student information and also includes our yearly permissions and consents.

Grade 12 Graduation Information
Dear Grad Families,
Graduation is just around the corner. Please take note of the following reminders-
Scholarship Announcements If your graduate has received a scholarship from any post-secondary institution, please inform Ms. Karsten by Wednesday, June 26 at the latest. Scholarships reported by this date will be announced during the graduation ceremony.
Grad Breakfast The Grad Breakfast will take place on Wednesday, June 26 at 9:00 AM at ESC. All grads are invited to attend.
Mandatory Graduation Rehearsal Immediately following the breakfast, there will be a mandatory graduation rehearsal at 10:30 AM at the rink. Attendance is required for all graduates.
Graduation Ceremony – June 26
Doors open: 6:00 PM
Grads must arrive by: 6:15 PM, dressed in their gown, cap, tassel, and stole
Location: The Rink, 67 Park Rd, Musquodoboit Harbour
Guests & Seating
There is no guest limit – all are welcome!
Tickets are not required for entry. Tickets that were distributed are souvenirs only.
Seating is not reserved, so please arrive early for preferred seats.
