Returning Student Registration Form
The Returning Student Registration Form (formerly Demographic Updates Form) is available to families from September 9 to October 5. This form is accessed via the Parent Portal and is an opportunity each year to review and update student information and also includes our yearly permissions and consents.

Important dates to remember:

May 8- Prom fees and ALL forms due

May 22- Graduation Fee Due

May 29- 5:30 PM at our school- PROM

June 16- 2:15- Ice Cream Social & Grad gown pickup 

June 20-Scholarship letters Due

June 29- 9:30 AM- Grad breakfast

June 29- 10:30 AM- Grad rehearsal at the rink- Mandatory

June 29- 5:15 PM- Graduation Arrival- Grads must arrive at the rink by 5:15 pm; Doors open for guests at 5:00 PM

June 29-6:00 PM- Graduation Ceremony- Officially begins at Eastern Shore Community Centre (the rink)
